If the prize involves alcohol products, entrants must also be of legal drinking age in their province or territory.
Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Bali Water Beverages Inc., its affiliates, agencies, suppliers, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. The contest is void where prohibited by law.
To enter, complete the entry form at {{ENTRY_URL}} during the entry period and provide all required information, including name, email, and province of residence.
Limit one entry per person per day unless otherwise stated. Entries that are incomplete, late, or appear to be generated by automated means will be disqualified.
Alternate method of entry: mail a handwritten 50 word essay on the topic “Why I love Bali Water” along with your name, address, phone, and email to Bali Water Beverages Inc., {{MAILING_ADDRESS}}, Fort Langley, BC, Canada. Mail entries must be postmarked by {{ENTRY_END}}.
One ({{PRIZE_QUANTITY}}) prize is available to be won, consisting of {{PRIZE_DESCRIPTION}}. The approximate retail value of the prize is {{PRIZE_VALUE}} CAD.
The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
On or about {{DRAW_DATE}}, the Sponsor will randomly select one entrant from all eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be contacted by email or phone within five (5) business days of the draw.
Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a skill testing question and sign a Declaration and Release form within seven (7) days of being contacted. If the selected entrant cannot be reached, fails the skill testing question, or does not return the required documents in time, the prize will be forfeited and another entrant may be selected.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.
By entering, each entrant agrees that, if selected as a winner, the Sponsor may use their name, city of residence, photograph, voice, statements, and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any media now or later developed, worldwide, without further notice, compensation, or approval, except where prohibited by law.
By accepting the prize, the winner releases the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury related to participation in the contest or the use, acceptance, or misuse of the prize.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity of the contest, subject to applicable law.
Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
